I fell off the band wagon again last night. Mondays are really hard for me. I get off work early and to keep me going I eat a little something before I leave downtown, but when I get home, I usually end up eating something unhealthy for lunch like a burger and fries. Then I'm hungry again by 9 or 10pm... Somethings got to change. I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and other friends, but I need to learn that I don't have to eat every time someone else eats.

That's a hard one. I deal with that too with friends. Maybe you could find something on the menu that is better for you calorie wise. Social times always involve food and drinks. Let me know how you do this week and especially next Monday. Good luck.
