I have to find a way to control my weekends a bit more. I need to be more accountable, and have to admit that if I know weekends are a easy for me to cheat, I need to go in with a better plan. I did not work out at all this weekend. Which was not a good decision, I ate too much, and did not log a daily journal, these decisions all led me to having an unsuccessful weekend, and I went in with such a great plan! *Sigh*
So this week, stepping it up and going to have a great weekend!

Ugh, I have the same problem on my days off. I get into a routine when I work. I get up at a certain time, do relatively the same things, eat at the same times, a well packed lunch....then when in off it all goes to hell. I forget to eat, or I totally overdo it. I sit around watching tv, not motivated it all. I guess I'm lucky that I don't get many days off.

Jkmahurin - for sure! That is a great idea! Glasscat26 - This is the first job that I have had in my 16 years of working that I have weekends off...and I have a habit of just doing what I want to do. I do what you do...no schedule...no routine...my plan falls apart. We well all have a better day off next time...whenever it is!

I have to tell myself all week that I am going to workout on the weekends. I just decide I don't get a day off from working out and usually end up working out 6 to 7 days a week. Hope this helps and I know you will get there.

I find I look for snacks more on the weekends. What I've done recently is try to work on more projects around the house to keep me busy. Also, try drinking water more when you want a snack so it gives you a full feeling. But keep yourself occupied as much as possible.
