Another week of up and down. I just hope my body adjusts soon and I can see a good weight loss. I know that this is just a phase my body is working out. But it stinks. On the up side I do have people commenting on how good I look. It is hard for me to see through these fat eyes of mine. Some days I can see it others I just want to crawl in a hole. I am not saying I give up, that is not in my vocabulary anymore. Well I must remind myself the glass is half full again and again. Hope you all have a pleasant evening. GADS I am in the yellow again. Now that is not right. Bummer.
