Day 3 - Felt a little hungry last night but had no problems going to sleep. I've decided to take the KETO Bread away from breakfast. I am finding it serves no real purpose at breakfast and I don't need it for the calories. Downloaded the phone app last night. It's a little more functional than the web app, here. I still like a full screen though. Looking forward to the first weigh in on Monday. Probably do Tuna today for lunch. I would eat this everyday if it wasn't for the mercury levels.
