I think I have a plain old fashion cold. Runny nose and eyes, cough, scratchy throat, Feels like my nose is running all the time, but blowing it produces NOTHING. Some pretty violent sneezes too. Hot/cold, can't make up my mind. Consequently, this has been a SOUP kinda day and my FATS and CARBS reflect this. I hope it is ok for me to use "comfort foods" once in a while. :(
