I haven't had a piece of candy or cake or pretty much other jun ky-carbs in ten weeks. The only sweet I've had is peanut butter. So.. as luck would have it, I wake up this morning to a warning e-mail from insta-cart telling me preety much all JIF peanut butter has been recalled due to salmonella concerns. Of course my almost empty jar is on the list. Should I toss that final spoonful? LOL. Side note: I think I went to high school with a guy named Sal Monella! ;)
