Ok Christmas feasts are now finished and most of the sweetie treats are gone. Now is the time to get my focused head on, get my exercising butt into gear and my food conscious mind in tow and then I'm onto a winner.
I have got my app ready to fill out all my food and exercise each day.

I turn 30 in August 2015 and I want to have lost at LEAST 28lbs (2 stone) by then, so that I can make myself a fantastic new dress in at least 2 dress sizes smaller than I am right now.

My daily calorie intake in set at 1500kcals. So dropping 500 kcals per day should guarnatee at least 1lb a week. Now I just need to organise my exercise. Be it going to the gym or getting up early and doing an exercise at home before anyone else gets up.
