I wasn't going to weigh in today because I knew the scale was not going to be kind but then I decided to weigh in anyways. I let myself go off track during the holidays and with being sick but today when I got up I decided to get back to my journey to good health. I don't want to undo all my progress and hard work. My new goal to be under 300 by May! That's just about 30 lbs away!

12-29-14 We can do it, spinx1971, Let's try that 30 lbs by May. That would put me at 224 lbs. I love that. This morning I dreaded that step up on the scales...and I was down 3 lbs. No rhyme or reason to it. I was 257.4 yesterday, and today it was 254.2. Maybe it was that turkey vegetable soup I made yesterday. Hmmm.
