I have hypertension and I take medicine every night... but I want to try fat burner.. is it safe? Because lately, Its easy for me to feel tired during exercise and I end up drinking black coffee before workout everyday...it doesn't seem enough to boost my stamina... any advice anyone? merry christmasss btw :)

It's best not to introduce something like that when you have such a condition. Adjusting sleep habits and altering exercise plans as needed are probably a better option. Stamina much be built gradually over time.
