MONDAY WEEKLY WEIGH IN

I started about a month ago utilizing fs, and this is the 1st Monday weigh-in where I have not lost weight. I am very disappointed.
I have predicted my weight loss to take 3 years, since I will be a slow loser, but still am unhappy by the lack of loss. So I must have patience.

Just keep eating the right foods and portions mixed with exercise and proper hydration and you will break through plateaus over and over again until you achieve your goal. I give myself a couple of days away from the scale when I’ve hit a plateau. You can also do tape measurements to track your progress.
