I had a real struggle with my hunger yesterday. And I wasn't careful enough to eat veggies (or a fruit). However I am proud that I ate an oatmeal for my cholesterol (ps I dislike oatmeal.) I'm thinking it was anxiety and stress from the last couple of days, but that is just a guess.
