Well, the Christmas party was a success, but I'm exhausted! The party was for the neighborhood and I volunteered to help out. And I sure did! I cooked the green beans (with bacon and onions), helped everyone else reheat the turkey, dressing, etc. I also helped serve the meal (it was not buffet style) and clean up. I went over 34% of my RDI, but I prepared for the day by walking 56 minutes this afternoon. I think that all of the exercise I did helping out at the party probably makes the calories non-existent anyway. :) I'm so glad I am home! I think I deserve a lazy Saturday. I hope everyone has a good night. I know I will.

Glad your party was a success. Lots of work putting a sit down meal together. Good idea doing some extra walking if you know you will go over. You can also adjust and eat under it for a few days to even t out.
