it has been a while since I've logged in. There's been health issues keeping me away. And as a result my weight has gone up slightly =(. I hope I can get back to where I had been. Losing weight over the holidays isn't easy, and I know there will be days when my diet will go flying out the closest window lol.

One day at a time. A lot of us will be having a hard time not to gain weight over the holidays. This is a time to enjoy the family, friends, events, and activities while you can. Some of these people might not be in your life next year. I, for one, will not be sitting on the sidelines wishing I can eat this or that, etc and go for "a little bit" of this or that! Hopefully, moderation will help.

By the way, that little weight gain doesn't even count :) You are doing great if that is all you gained!
