Day 6. Still feeling good and positive. Staying on track and target. Going for body fat loss too.

Able to concentrate on desk work. Vision sometimes a bit blurry due to lack of calories, but it is a bearable problem, some blurriness but not so much I can't work.

Digestion system working very well.

Even though there has been quite a bit of stress this past week — grand baby being born, Joyce and Joanne getting angry, Sam causing problems, Toastmasters issue with George — I have been able to stick with it.

Did a hard workout today. 17.0 on the bike, did squats and 5 burpees.
