So far I am doing alright. I am trying to be mindful and curb excess as I have opportunity. I feel like I am having little successes amidst large challenges, so I feel a mixture of vindication and discouragement. I am looking forward to when this feels less exhausting to just eat sensibly instead of fighting the urge to go rabidly after every craving and impulse.
