Wow. MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE weight loss today. Yesterday, my food plan went all wrong, but to the point where I only ate 800 calories of my normal 1900. Way too low. I know. However, things just didn't go as planned and I really hate to eat just for the sake of eating - especially late in the day/evening. So I left it at that, and of course the weigh-in today is ridiculously low. I am fully aware that it's not three lbs of fat I lost, but merely water. However, I have lost like that other days, and now it is a MUCH lower weigh-in than ever before. Technically, I am 700 grams from my goal and that just makes me smile like a madman. :)
Life is good! Off to brunch with my wonderful wife. :)
