So I’ve been a little MIA

I’ve been slacking with my food training diary but my gym training has still been going strong.

I’ve not eaten overly bad, I’ve just forgotten to upload on here. My fault clearly for being so forgetful on a daily basis 🤦🏽‍♀️

So just a quick catch up as to what has been happening.

1) shin splints still very much killing me
2) my house has got the lurgy (bug, not covid)
3) exhaustion has done me over the past few weeks

So that’s it. Today is a new start
