I Love seeing results- Day 18/21 of healthy eating still 3 more days then its the big race on Sunday. I eat so much these days , I'm hungry all the time, but I feel great just need to curb my Provita + nutella snacking . Best part is this summer I will fit in a two piece, with firm legs and firm arms and a 2 pack. LOL still need to get the other 4 pack out . Think I must take my own challenge up and keep going for a another week But I will have my cheat on Sunday after the race that will be my treat to myself and some new gym wear :-)

im sure weather will be great :).....so far so good, the day is going well and im going for my first cupping session tonight on my head, had to shave all my hair off last night lol i look so weird

yeah, its for the epilepsy, im trying other things that could help instead of just so much tablets....its gonna be wet cupping thou not dry cupping so they gonna suck my blood out lol
