Need to keep reminding myself that I really do enjoy making healthier choices. Temptation just clouds my decisions sometimes. Sparkling water with a bit of of is more refreshing than a coke. Some healthy sushi and a salad is just as tasty as a burger with chips. No, I don't REALLY want to eat those cookies on the way home from work, I'm just tired.
