I did well on my diet yesterday besides the wings and peroigies I had last night. Oh well, sometimes life happens. I was cleaning the kitchen floor and my boyfriend was hungry so he was going through the freezer picking out what he wanted for dinner. He doesn't cook so I was telling him what to do while cleaning. Of course I ended up cooking it but I enjoyed doing something together so I'm not that mad. I got to the gym this morning and did my full 30 minutes on the elliptical. I slowed down at some points instead of pushing myself harder I definately do not want to feel the way I did yesterday. That time of the month is on her way and I'm always bloated the week before so I'm dealing with that now, I hope I can blame that for the way my stomach is looking/feeling today. Yesterday for lunch I had this amazing chicken with apples and carmelized walnuts salad. It was topped with home made raspberry vinergerette. So delicious, I bought it here at my work's cafe but I am so going to try and make that myself tomorrow. I'm in such a wonderful mood today; I'm sure it has something to do with all the caffeine I had today as well as the gorgeous weather. What do I love about my body? The way my skin tans the perfect color of brown without looking orange :)
