Didn't exercise on Saturday & haven't since. Fell off the diet wagon after 4 days & haven't gotten back on it yet. So typical of me. Met with an R.N. on Wednesday afternoon to talk about my pre-diabetes bloodwork at 6.1. She wants me to commit to at least 10 mins of exercise (treadmill) 3 times a week & see if I can get a routine going. Exercise she says is the most important prevention for Diabetes. Was at a Pot-Luck supper last night & having company for dinner this evening. I just forget most of the time that I should be watching what I'm eating & just eat too much because I'm enjoying it & want more. Not good!!
