I finished out week one with no cheating or going over my daily points, I even had 10 flex points left over and I had a 3 lb gain this morning. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am not giving up but it sure wasn't a good start to the week like I had planned.

Yes, it has happened to quite a few people on the WW message boards. If you stay the course, it should come off. Did you recently go from low carb to WW? This could make you gain. Is it that time of the month? Did yo start a new exercise program? (All can make you gain). Did you get in your dairy, fruits, veggies and protein? Did you record all your bites licks and tastes? Are you drinking your water? You might need to play aournd with the flex. Some people can lose them all and lose, and some can't. Did you use a lot of flex right before weigh-in? If you use a bunch before weigh-in, it can show as a gain on the scale. Keep going and see what happens at next weigh-in. Watch your sodium right before weigh-in too. Good luck!
