With all the walking I did yesterday I suffered from a cramp in one of my legs it travelled up into my gut muscle if I moved wrong it hurt so bad I had to stay in an awkward position for over an hour before it finally subsided. Afraid to move too much I waited for this morning to take a magnesium tablet. It happen once again when I slept but wasn't as severe. Be making sure I stretch from now on even if it's only to the Mall.
But weighing in this morning was worth the pain ...
