With all the walking I did yesterday I suffered from a cramp in one of my legs it travelled up into my gut muscle if I moved wrong it hurt so bad I had to stay in an awkward position for over an hour before it finally subsided. Afraid to move too much I waited for this morning to take a magnesium tablet. It happen once again when I slept but wasn't as severe. Be making sure I stretch from now on even if it's only to the Mall.

But weighing in this morning was worth the pain ...

Things like that will happen time to time, but you'll work out what you can manage safely and your body will get used to it 🙂
