Overate last night again. Trying again today. No treadmill. Waiting to see doctor tomorrow for knee. But we did go shopping; so I walked around the mall on it for a while. Hope it's okay.

Good luck at the Dr.'s tomorrow. It must be so frustrating to want to exercise but not be able to! Hang in there!

It's probably good you're resting your knee. I think you might over-exert it with your super long treadmill sessions. Try mixing up short days with long days with intervals.
