It's day fifteen of this process. I'm down 12.5 lbs from 230. Winter has always been an eating season for me and I know I had quite a season! So far, after a tough first 48 hrs, My body has quieted down and It's been relatively easy to only eat in the six hour window. It's crazy how your body adjusts to the fasting. Things seem very quiet internally. Mood and energy level has improved greatly. I've kept it under 2000 cals/day and have not cheated on the fasting and working towards a target weight of 200. Hoping for mid-May (fingers crossed).
