Day 49
Weigh day tomorrow 😬 I know I have had a real shite week with my diet and not being able to go to the gym as much as I have been but we all blip sometimes, and mine has been this week.
So tonight I went swimming and it felt really good. I managed to do 850m which for me is really good. I can already feel my muscles aching. Got the gym booked in for tomorrow, day off Sunday and then body balance on Monday.
Meal plan today Breakfast - kind salted caramel bar and banana Lunch - steak slice, monster munch and a bounty Dinner - Nando’s 🤦🏽♀️ butterfly chicken, spicy rice and fries.
