Okay, I will be seeing a cardiologist soon. I still have the arrhythmia. The colitis is better but I'm still having some pain but I am back on South Beach today. I'm jumping back into phase 2 (but I may do a day or two of phase 1 if the cravings are too bad). It doesn't take much gatoraide and sugary jello to make things hard! I can take something for the constipation tomorrow (after 4 days on the two antibiotics).
