Better. I didn't really eat compulsively today, though certainly not for lack of desire to do so. The times I was tempted weren't so bad, not easy but also not unrelenting. Tomorrow perhaps I might actually end the day under my RDI. Evening snack is where I messed up tonight. Now I know for next time to check my RDI before snacking.
