Day 46 of my jelly belly journey
Sorry for my lack of posting. Shin splints are a biatch Sorry, I know I have spoken about these before but Jesus bloody Christ.
I’ve been suffering for a week now, I spoke to my husband tonight and said I really think I need compression socks. He goes up stairs and brings me a pair down. Seriously!!! Where the bloody hell has he been hiding them and why!! Did he not give them to me a week ago 🤦🏽♀️ gotta love him though. No one else will 🤣
Meal plan Breakfast - granola, banana, skyr yoghurt Lunch - hoisin duck wrap Dinner - chicken shish kebab, salad and a handful of fries Snack - twirl
Hasn’t been a good day good wise but I’m eating healthy all the other times so it’s fine to have a blip every now and again. Gonna wear my compression socks to work tomorrow and fingers crossed they help me with all the walking
