It seems I survived that feaky weight gain yesterday. I can't believe I hit 115.4! Well, today is another day. I am today down to 113.8, and hopefully still losing. As my "regular readers" will know, I have had a couple of rough days, the weight just seems to be piling on, and there was nothing I could do to fight it. I hate that. However, I've been thinking about it quite a lot, and I want to be able to better see what is going on. So I decided to start recording and logging the other facts that I can pull out of my scale. I can calculate BMI and visceral fat, and hopefully that should be able to convince me that I am still losing weight even when my weight is fluctuating. It's the fat loss that counts. Not the water, and not where I doo-doo'ed in the morning. This is always way easier to realize when you are losing weight than when you are not, but I will try and see if that will make me chill a bit when things aren't going as I like them to.
Anyways, the sun is shining and I think a long walk with the GPS on, music in my ears and wearing my über-cool shade-attachments on my glasses is WAY overdue. Life is good!
