YOU CAN DO THIS!! dont worry about what you just did or didnt do, it in the past you cant change it... so RIGHT NOW eat good! you know what you have to cut out... just do it.. it isnt easy but, YOU CAN DO IT!

Look at the positive you still have a six pound loss which is proof that you can loose another six. For me it's easier to not eat the junk then stop once I start so try and avoid it all together. Good luck!
