I woke up hungry this morning. Currently doing intermediate fasting and trying to avoid carbs.
With one of my son's not actually liking pancakes, I hadvto make two different batters (crepe and waffle) to keep them both happy. I give in to the the sugary pressure of ice cream, strawberries, sugar and lemon treats. But as it was in my eating window and had it early, ig was all OK. weigh in this morning showed a significant drop in weight although it does not look it. Yet.
