Day 38 of my jelly belly to flat belly journey
Early start for me this morning and then was still late for work because of M25 traffic so instead of getting to the prison and rushing in I decided to contemplate my life in the carpark for half hour. Just couldn’t pluck up the energy to get my fat arse out of the car 🤣 but of course, I did. Then finished work work at lunchtime, came home and had loads of stuff to write up 🤦🏽♀️ again procrastination took over.
Went to the gym this evening and smashed it on the treadmill with the technique and stamina training before going into my body balance class. Feeling awesome now. Chilling on the sofa eating my banana watching a bit of Chicago PD before crawling into bed.
Meal plan for today Breakfast - weetabix and honey (loving it) Lunch - cheese sandwich on seeded bread with salt and vinegar crisps Dinner - chicken tikka masala (homemade not by me of course) rice and a popadom.
Snack - fruit salad
