Day 36
So it was weigh day today and although I only lost another 0.5kg I had my measurements done too. Cannot believe how much I have lost around my waist and hips. Roll on another 4 weeks time when I redo them.
Today I took the dog back to my dads, popped into town, went to the gym and had a great workout. I’m not one to jog/run as I thought I physically couldn’t but I did a workout on the treadmill which made me do it. This fat bitch jogged. I actually bloody jogged. I am so impressed with myself. It was a 13 minute routine which makes you walk/jog and I, yes me, jogged for not once, not twice but 3 times for over a minute each time. It doesn’t sound a lot but it was a massive achievement for me.
Anywho, got home and had much then nearly forgot to take my dog for her grooming appointment. Literally been in and out of the house like a yo-yo today. I’m exhausted. Yes of course, I feel asleep on the sofa tonight.
So meal plan went as follows Breakfast - granola Snack - pancake (daughter did not want it) Lunch - jacket potato cheese and beans Snack - skinny whip bar Dinner - cheat meal - goodfellas chicken pizza
I am stuffed. And now just struggling to walk up the stairs with my wobbly aching legs to bed.
