Switched my bread recipe to 100% whole wheat flour (usually half white, half whole wheat.) It’s delicious … but doesn’t rise quite as high, so less slices per loaf, which means a few more calories/slice. It’s worth it though! And I can slice it a little bit thinner, which will help a bit. Going to keep using this recipe, I think. 🙂
