I must be daft. I still have no clue what 'greater than' sign with a '3' means. (I can't even get it on my keyboard, I have a French keyboard. )

I think it's supposed to represent a 'heart'.

I have 14 year old twin daughters - It is a heart (turned on its side). They use lots of those things.
