Day 20 of my journey
I’m shocked that I’m still going strong. I’m amazed at myself and proud that I have managed to stay on track.
Breakfast - chocolate chip waffle Snack - Salted Caramel Nut Protein bar Lunch - mango and passion fruit granola pot, sweet chilli satay sticks Dinner - Chicken kebab shit load of salad and a handful of fries
So yea, I had a takeout tonight and when I get on the scales tomorrow I am going to regret it massively. But that’s another day. I finished work early today so I could go to the gym and smashed it. Gonna have a chill in the bath tonight to soak my muscles as my god they are painful. My core is on fire but I’m loving it. No pain, no gain.
