feeling a bit worse for ware this morning ouccchhhhh squats hurt lol
well its now 9.09pm i have now completed day 3 of my diet, so tempted to weigh myself but holding of until wednesday like a good girl, managed the 60 squats.... just lol also did 13min on exercise bike burning 106 calories and also managed 19minutes on the wii fit... goooo meeee, roll on 2morrow day 4
