Day 19 of my journal,
My god I really am struggling to count. I had Trauma training this morning 🥱. Really felt like falling asleep. Then an ASCA this afternoon and I really could feel my eyes dropping. I had to excuse myself for a few minutes to splash water on my face 😬 Hopefully no one noticed
Breakfast - Homemade Gluten Free Chocolate Chip pancake (just one) Snack - yoghurt and granola Lunch - Cheese Toastie Snack - grapes Dinner - Roast gammon, roast potato, broccoli and sweetcorn.
Gym tonight and going to do some more of what I was shown the other day. Felt so good yesterday morning from it. Was painful but felt amazing. Then my plan is to come home, have a bath and chill out with some Netflix before a busy day at work again tomorrow.
