Good evening my lovelies
Today is day 17
I slept a dream last night and woke in a fright thinking I was late for work. I slept til 730am. That never happens. Work was super busy, lots of people to see and limited time to see them in but certainly keeps me on my toes.
Todays meal plan went as follows Breakfast - Jordan’s crunch, chopped banana and skyr strawberry yoghurt Snack - grapes and celery Lunch - Teriyaki Chicken and rice pot from Costco (frozen section - bloody love them) Dinner - McChicken legend meal with small fries and a Coke Zero.
So whilst I went to the gym tonight my lovely dad sat with my son in the soft play area. Jake loved it as there was only about 5 children in there. I went to the gym and started with a warm up on the treadmill. After I got collared by the personal trainer who decided it was time to show me some other techniques. He had me on the ropes, boxing, I’m surprisingly good at boxing 🤔, sit ups, leg raises and even had me pushing and pulling the sledge.
Not gonna lie, I’m already aching and gonna feel the pain tomorrow. Think I may struggle to walk around the prisons 🤦🏽♀️
