Good morning peeps
Today is day 16 of my journey.
Feels like I have been doing this forever but it is also becoming the norm for me. I am off to aqua Zumba tonight so thought I best post before I forget later. Absolutely loving all of your support and comments. I really appreciate them and they are keeping me going.
Breakfast - banana, grapes and skyr strawberry yoghurt Snack - cherry tomatoes and skinny mint and chocolate chip bat Lunch - chicken salad sandwich and orange Dinner - 2x low fat sausages, mash, broccoli and carrots Snack - cheese and crackers with apple (for after Zumba)
Had to make sausage and mash tonight as my dad is coming for dinner. Plus I really don’t want to be making 3 different meals. One child doesn’t eat meat, the other is coeliac, my dad doesn’t eat anything that is healthy 🤣 and my husband is on the same eating plan as me. So was just easier to make the same dinner all round.
My husband is also on FS which I did not know about until today.
Super syked about aqua Zumba tonight. Probably gonna ache like a bitch tomorrow but no pain, no gain.
