Day 12 yesterday
Oh my, I went to the gym and then fell asleep after and forgot to do my journal. I’m sorry to those who like to read and have a chuckle that I did not post yesterday.
Yesterday was a good day. I ate within my calories, I worked my day arse off at the gym doing weights, no cardio, and I am suffering for it big time this morning. My arms feel like they have been put through a vice. If it hurts I must be doing it right? Answers on a postcard. Asking for a friend 🤣🤣
So today I will remember to do my evening journal. See you tonight 😘
