Morning! Positive today! Even I don't want to step on the scale just yet! Its scary to see I am not losing weight this week. Follow up by all of this evil craving on foods.. this hormones mess with me right now. Stay positive and be strong please Reanna!

Deb, can u suggest me anything to help me overcome with my hunger and food craving during pms? other than to eat anything? i am in an insane hunger and craving.

Usually when I am hungry I eat carrots or celery sticks. Veggies keep me from starving. lol
