down .2 that isn't much to speak of but it is a whole lot better than up so I am happy.
I ate well today, no cheats. I just have to make it through the night now.

I slept very well again last night. I am taking magnesium/d/calcium at night and I think it helps to keep me asleep. Maybe its just my imagination.
