I’ve lost track of my days during the week. Clearly I cannot count from 1-7 🤦🏽‍♀️

Day 8

Slept a dream last night, that never happens so was pretty shocked that I actually slept past 5am. Whoop whoop me 😃

Breakfast- fruit salad, high protein yoghurt, and granola
Lunch - teriyaki Chicken, mushrooms, red onion and rice
Snack - grapes and cherry tomatoes
Dinner - beef lasagne (low cal) with side salad.

I did a first again today, I went to the gym and loved it. My sister was my best pal in there.
I was sweating like anything and know that I did well for my first time. Joining the gym has been a great thing for me and I don’t believe I am saying this but I cannot wait to go again. Crazy.

Its an amazing feeling when you wake and its morning! I woke at 1am, 3am, 5am, 7am. But at least I woke up! It means I was asleep in between!
