after 3 weeks(ish) not training. my shoulder is almost ready, but still not quite. so I'm starting up my exercise program this week with legs on Monday and Wednesday, Abs on Tuesday and Thursday. cardio mixed in and ending off the week with swimming again at the Long St Baths on Friday for some gentle shoulder strengthening. hopefully I can start boxing again in a week or two. I'm so bored of not exercising properly now. feeling a bit chunky and sluggish and need to get my gloves back on!
