When I first started this journey, I weighed approximately 311 pounds. That was 58 days ago. Now, even through the ups and downs I've managed to lose 26 pounds. I now have a renewed vigor and commitment to my goal and I fully intend to reach it by new years.

Congrats on your first 26 pounds!!! That is a huge accomplishment and just the start to an amazing journey. Good luck with it all, always remember YOU CAN DO IT!! It just takes dedication. Keep your eye on the prize.
