Lost control again today. I don't remember everything that I ate, but I know it was too much. :-/

Hang in there Mrs. Tofu! You're doing okay. Each day brings a new challenge and you can meet them head on. You've been holding yourself steady and staying the course. When I fail (or percive myself as failing) is when I have the all or nothing attitude and that gets me into trouble! As each day goes by, celebrate the successes no matter how small. Baby Steps.

Sometimes it's okay to lose control as long as you know the next day is a new start :) I have my treats here and there and tend to eat ALL my meals correctly, however I still like some chocolate or such now and then :) Hang in there you can do it!!! :)
