First weight gain since I started weighing in in JAn. Chinese Friday night and Applebees Last night - I'm hoping the 1 lb gain is because of too much sodium in those 2 meals. Missed a couple of days of treadmill last week also. Have to focus better next week.

chinese food is very sodium laden. I always gain after I eat it. Any restaurant food will do that to you. So 1 pound gain after that is great. Drink that water to help you get rid of it.

That is another thing that I did not get in this weekend was the water - was pretty good all week but then kind of forgot it this last weekend. Drink Drink Drink.
