I've done really bad this week. It started with Mother's Day on Sunday, then because I ate bad on Sunday it continued on into Monday. Then I did ok all week until Friday. The weather was so beautiful and I had just bought a brand new grill so I wanted to try it out. Needless to say I had a cheeseburger and a turkey brat...this has been a baaaaad week.
